The Bicentennial Barn is a historic barn that has been renovated into a modern wedding venue!

Yes! It was a long process to restore the building but we are open as of May 2022. Please contact us if you are interested.

OFF SEASON (January-April): The venue site fee is $5800 per Saturday/Holiday, $4800 per Friday/Sunday, and $4500 for any other day.

HIGH SEASON (May-December): The venue site fee is $6800 per Saturday/Holiday, $5800 per Friday/Sunday, and $5500 for any other day.

A $2000 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid in two equal payments, one 90 days after the contract is signed or halfway between the booking and the event date, whichever is sooner, and one 30 days out from the wedding.

All reservations will also include a $500 damage deposit that will be returned after your event if no damage is done to the facility and no other breaches of contract occur.

Yes, you can call/txt 937-569-8392 to schedule a tour of the barn before booking. Tours are typically done weekday evenings and weekend mornings.

Yes, we have many massive 13' tall picture windows in the main banquet area. These windows don't get direct sunlight, which makes an ideal environment for photography.

We don't have residential neighbors so there are no sound restrictions at this time.

We do not have a liquor license so all alcohol must be BYOB. An insured bartender who has been approved by The Bicentennial Barn is required to oversee alcohol service.

Yes, but we do not allow any permanant alterations to the old barn wood on the interior.

You and your guests will have use of the barn from 8am to 11pm. The bridal party and anyone helping clean up may remain until midnight.

Yes! Despite being a historic barn we meet all modern accessibility requirements.

Yes! The barn has AC and heating.

Yes! We are open year round.

We primarilly do weddings be other events are possible at our discretion.

No, we only do one wedding per day!

Yes, we have off street parking for roughly 110 vehicles. We also have a turn around circle that can accomodate a limo.

The Bicentennial Barn is a smoke-free venue. However, designated smoking areas are provided outside.

At this time there is not, with the exception of the bar tender.

Guests are free to choose any caterer with an active Ohio Catering Food Service Operation License. We have a prep area for caterers, but no onsite food preparation.

We have accessible public bathrooms inside the main building.

Yes! We have large dedicated bride and groom rooms. Both have a private bathroom complete with a full shower.

Guests may leave vehicles over night, however they must be retrieved by 11am the following day.

Yes, there are multiple hotels on the other side of the metropark that borders our property.

Our base maximum guest count is 215, but our legal maximum is considerably higher.

Yes, we provide chairs and tables. You will need volunteers to help move them to your liking.

We offer a 5% discount of the venue rental price if the bride or groom is Active or Retired Military with an ID.
